هرچند اثبات اینکه اشیاء در دوران باستان به عنوان اسباببازیهای کودکان در مفهوم مدرن استفاده میشدند دشوار است، اما دیدن این مدل اسب چوبی با چرخها به عنوان یک اسباببازی وسوسهانگیز است. این اسب یکی از چندین نمونه شناخته شده است و شاید در اشاره به اسب تروا که توسط ویرژیل در داستان «انهاید» در قرن اول قبل از میلاد توصیف شده، ساخته شده باشد.
دیگر اسباببازیهای احتمالی از مصر باستان شامل بازیهای تختهای مثل «سنت»، جغجغههای سفالی، عروسکهایی با موی مهرهای و حتی اشیایی مانند اسب آبی با فکی که با نخ باز و بسته میشد، هستند!

I do enjoy the way you have framed this specific issue plus it does indeed present us a lot of fodder for thought. However, because of what precisely I have personally seen, I simply wish when other commentary pile on that people today remain on point and don’t embark on a soap box of the news of the day. Anyway, thank you for this excellent point and even though I can not go along with this in totality, I regard the perspective.

I saw a very similar toy on an episode of “Games of Thrones”. It was practically the same. Could it be possible that this toy, or a very similar one in another museum somewhere else in the world, inspired the prop makers who worked on this production? Wouldn’t that be wonderful?
